- Unlimited Use – You can record, release, and monetize songs made with this beat without limit on copies, downloads, or performances.
- Ownership – I, Rayny keep full copyright to the beat. This is a non-exclusive license, not a sale.
- Stream Threshold – You keep 100% of earnings until your song(s) made with this beat reach 1,000,000 total streams/plays across all platforms. After that point, I receive 50% of all royalties (industry standard percentage for a producer) generated thereafter.
- Credit – Always credit as “Produced by Rayny” wherever credits are given.
- No Resale – You cannot resell, sublicense, or register the beat in any content ID system without my written permission.
- Legal – If these terms are breached, I may seek removal of your content and recovery of unpaid revenue through legal action.
